The Super Thin Multi Wire Saw Machine HLMW-100/150, manufactured by HUALONG, is a multi-wire stone cutting machine that uses a series of diamond wires to perform block cutting for the industrial production of granite and marble slabs.

Compared with traditional diamond wire saw or gang saw stone cutting equipment, the multi wire saw block stone cutting machine has significant advantages:

High yield rate: The yield rate of micro wire saws with cutting grooves of only 0.4-0.7mm can reach more than 97%, which is 15-20% higher than traditional rope or frame saws. This means that with the same stone raw materials, more plates can be obtained by using HLMW-100/150, reducing material waste. More importantly, it improves economic benefits.

 

 

Environmental protection and emission reduction: The stone powder emission is reduced by more than 90%, which greatly reduces the pollution to the environment. This is in line with the requirements of modern environmental protection production.
